During his career with Eastman Kodak Company, Paul worked in manufacturing engineering and team leadership roles supporting the development and production of sophisticated high-technology products.
His experience extended across manufacturing processes, product development, process improvement, cost reduction, quality, supplier development, and international supply chains.
These experiences became an important foundation for his later work in Design for Manufacturing and entrepreneurship.
