Dr. Paul Ghotra is an engineer at heart, an entrepreneur by experience, and a lifelong problem solver. His career has taken him from product development and precision engineering to advanced manufacturing, clean energy, business leadership, authorship, mentorship, and the development of new technologies.

After beginning his professional journey in engineering and product development, Dr. Ghotra immigrated to Canada and continued building his career within British Columbia’s high-technology manufacturing sector. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of how products move from an idea or engineering drawing into reliable, commercially viable solutions, and how collaboration between engineering and manufacturing can dramatically improve that process.

That philosophy later became an important foundation for CIMtech Green Energy. Under his leadership, CIMtech evolved from a manufacturing business into an engineering, product-development, commercialization, and advanced-manufacturing partner supporting customers across hydrogen, fuel cells, aerospace, defence, clean technology, and other demanding industries. His work has consistently focused on bridging the gap between innovative design and scalable production.
