Paul’s entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of CIMtech.

His vision was to create a manufacturing organization that could contribute more than production capacity. He believed manufacturers should work collaboratively with designers and engineers earlier in the development process to improve manufacturability, reduce complexity, control costs, strengthen quality, and accelerate commercialization.

This approach placed Design for Manufacturing at the centre of CIMtech’s philosophy and helped shape its evolution into a broader engineering, product-development, commercialization, and advanced-manufacturing organization.
